The third quarter of 2021: Whitehall experienced a 48.7% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Whitehall rose by $49,100 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $149,950 - a 48.7% increase over the $100,850 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Whitehall in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Whitehall for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,584, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
