September 2021: Home prices in Upper Arlington increased

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Upper Arlington rose by $123,750 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $582,500 - a 27% increase over the $458,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Upper Arlington in September 2020.

The median sales tax in Upper Arlington for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $8,662, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for September 2021.
