October 2021: Bexley experienced a 9.7% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Bexley fell by $44,000 while total sales increased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $410,000 - a 9.7% decrease over the $454,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Bexley in October 2020.
