Pricing for the median home in Columbus increased during October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Columbus rose by $50,300 while total sales increased by 106.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 753 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 28.8% increase over the $174,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 364 homes sold in Columbus in October 2020.

The median sales tax in Columbus for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,665, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for October 2021.
