The two bedroom, one bathroom home at 1811 Richmond Road, Columbus was sold on Sept. 28 by Ginger and Michael Leitz for $184,000. The buyers were Denise Alejandra Villa and Juan G. Rios.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $4,279.36, 2.33% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, 348 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Timothy Bryon Tigner, 52, was the only registered voter residing at 1811 Richmond Road as of Oct. 10, 2020.
