August 2021: Home prices in Upper Arlington increased

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Upper Arlington rose by $105,050 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $585,550 - a 21.9% increase over the $480,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Upper Arlington in August 2020.

The median sales tax in Upper Arlington for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $8,662, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for August 2021.
