The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $2,298.79, 1.25% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $10,703 on Oct. 26, 2009.

So far in July 2021, 925 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 953 Bellows Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Brittany Nicole Stires, 31, Cledith Ryan Blevins, 25, and Misty Lee Pinnix, 45.
