The second half of 2020: Home prices in Bexley increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Bexley rose by $121,000 while total sales decreased by 64.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $468,000 - a 34.9% increase over the $347,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 67 homes sold in Bexley in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Bexley for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $7,414, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
