How did home prices perform in Grandview Heights during the second half of 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Grandview Heights fell by $18,000 while total sales decreased by 32%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $382,000 - a 4.5% decrease over the $400,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Grandview Heights in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Grandview Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $7,771, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
