Worthington median home prices rose by 14.9% in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Worthington rose by $46,500 while total sales decreased by 54.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $358,500 - a 14.9% increase over the $312,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Worthington in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Worthington for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,927, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
