Rising home prices in Minerva Park in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Minerva Park rose by $31,300 while total sales decreased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $218,250 - a 16.7% increase over the $186,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Minerva Park in the third quarter of 2019.
