Home prices increased in Whitehall during the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Whitehall rose by $15,750 while total sales decreased by 36.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,850 - a 18.5% increase over the $85,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Whitehall in the third quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Whitehall for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,584, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2020.
