Whitehall median home prices rose by 17.8% in the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Whitehall rose by $18,900 while total sales decreased by 74.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $124,900 - a 17.8% increase over the $106,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Whitehall in the fourth quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Whitehall for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,584, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
