Rising home prices in Bexley in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Bexley rose by $78,000 while total sales decreased by 37%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $395,000 - a 24.6% increase over the $317,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Bexley in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Bexley for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $7,414, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
