The first quarter of 2021: Upper Arlington experienced a 13.7% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Upper Arlington fell by $54,750 while total sales decreased by 60.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $345,000 - a 13.7% decrease over the $399,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 58 homes sold in Upper Arlington in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Upper Arlington for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $8,662, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
