The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Upper Arlington rose by $20,550 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $480,500 - a 4.5% increase over the $459,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Upper Arlington in August 2019.
