Pricing for the median home in Bexley decreased during August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Bexley fell by $7,000 while total sales decreased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 2.1% decrease over the $332,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Bexley in August 2019.
