August 2020: Home prices in Grandview Heights fell

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Grandview Heights fell by $158,550 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $318,450 - a 33.2% decrease over the $477,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Grandview Heights in August 2019.
