Pricing for the median home in Whitehall increased during September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Whitehall rose by $1,350 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,850 - a 1.4% increase over the $99,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Whitehall in September 2019.

The median sales tax in Whitehall for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,584, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for September 2020.
