Rising home prices in Columbus in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Columbus rose by $13,000 while total sales decreased by 49.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 364 homes sold, with a median sale price of $174,700 - a 8% increase over the $161,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 720 homes sold in Columbus in October 2019.

The median sales tax in Columbus for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,665, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for October 2020.
