December 2020: Home prices in Upper Arlington increased

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Upper Arlington rose by $169,250 while total sales decreased by 27.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $528,650 - a 47.1% increase over the $359,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Upper Arlington in December 2019.

The median sales tax in Upper Arlington for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $8,662, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for December 2020.
