Median home prices in Whitehall rose to $175,000 in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Whitehall rose by $111,000 while total sales decreased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 173.4% increase over the $64,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Whitehall in February 2020.

The median sales tax in Whitehall for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,584, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
