March 2021: Upper Arlington experienced a 16.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Upper Arlington rose by $61,000 while total sales decreased by 70%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $423,000 - a 16.9% increase over the $362,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Upper Arlington in March 2020.

The median sales tax in Upper Arlington for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $8,662, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for March 2021.
