Pricing for the median home in Columbus increased during March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Columbus rose by $37,000 while total sales decreased by 47.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 238 homes sold, with a median sale price of $192,000 - a 23.9% increase over the $155,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 455 homes sold in Columbus in March 2020.

The median sales tax in Columbus for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,665, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for March 2021.
