March 2021: Home prices in Whitehall fell

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Whitehall fell by $41,500 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $50,000 - a 45.4% decrease over the $91,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Whitehall in March 2020.

The median sales tax in Whitehall for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,584, approximately 3.2% of the median home sale price for March 2021.
