Rising home prices in Columbus in April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Columbus rose by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 9.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 163 homes sold, with a median sale price of $202,000 - a 14.1% increase over the $177,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 181 homes sold in Columbus in April 2020.

The median sales tax in Columbus for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,665, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for April 2021.
