Median home prices in Columbus fell to $208,000 in May 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Columbus fell by $2,000 while total sales increased by 643.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were 275 homes sold, with a median sale price of $208,000 - a 1% decrease over the $210,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Columbus in May 2020.

The median sales tax in Columbus for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,665, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for May 2021.
