Flint home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Flint fell by $7,757 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,000 - a 3.4% decrease over the $227,757 median sale price for the previous year. There were four homes sold in Flint in 2016.
