Columbus home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Columbus rose by $12,460 while total sales increased by 27.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 8,496 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 10.2% increase over the $122,540 median sale price for the previous year. There were 6,648 homes sold in Columbus in 2016.
