Upper Arlington home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Upper Arlington rose by $43,167 while total sales increased by 3.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 480 homes sold, with a median sale price of $419,000 - a 11.5% increase over the $375,833 median sale price for the previous year. There were 464 homes sold in Upper Arlington in 2017.
