Marble Cliff home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Marble Cliff rose by $85,000 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $735,000 - a 13.1% increase over the $650,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were five homes sold in Marble Cliff in 2018.
