Whitehall home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Whitehall rose by $9,900 while total sales decreased by 1.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 155 homes sold, with a median sale price of $84,900 - a 13.2% increase over the $75,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 157 homes sold in Whitehall in 2017.
