Grandview Heights home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Grandview Heights rose by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 19.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $415,000 - a 5.1% increase over the $395,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 76 homes sold in Grandview Heights in 2018.
