Columbus home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Columbus rose by $10,500 while total sales increased by 5.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 8,932 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,500 - a 7.8% increase over the $135,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 8,496 homes sold in Columbus in 2017.
