Bexley home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Bexley rose by $24,000 while total sales decreased by 13.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 142 homes sold, with a median sale price of $384,000 - a 6.7% increase over the $360,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 164 homes sold in Bexley in 2018.
