Worthington home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Worthington rose by $20,001 while total sales decreased by 21.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 7.1% increase over the $279,999 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 73 homes sold in Worthington in the first half of 2016.
