Riverlea home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Riverlea fell by $1,600 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $344,900 - a 0.5% decrease over the $346,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Riverlea in the second half of 2016, as well.
