Flint home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Flint fell by $28,757 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $209,000 - a 12.1% decrease over the $237,757 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Flint in the second half of 2016.
