Upper Arlington home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Upper Arlington rose by $31,750 while total sales increased by 17.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 231 homes sold, with a median sale price of $419,000 - a 8.2% increase over the $387,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 196 homes sold in Upper Arlington in the first half of 2017.
