Whitehall home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Whitehall rose by $7,750 while total sales increased by 55%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 93 homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,000 - a 11.5% increase over the $67,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Whitehall in the second half of 2016.
