Columbus home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Columbus rose by $14,275 while total sales increased by 18.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 4,450 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 11.4% increase over the $125,725 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 3,760 homes sold in Columbus in the first half of 2017.
