Grandview Heights home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Grandview Heights fell by $6,500 while total sales increased by 15.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 1.6% decrease over the $406,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Grandview Heights in the second half of 2017.
