Whitehall home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Whitehall rose by $17,450 while total sales increased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 76 homes sold, with a median sale price of $102,450 - a 20.5% increase over the $85,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in Whitehall in the second half of 2018.
