Columbus home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Columbus rose by $8,000 while total sales increased by 2.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 4,576 homes sold, with a median sale price of $161,000 - a 5.2% increase over the $153,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 4,482 homes sold in Columbus in the second half of 2018.
