Flint home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Flint fell by $27,500 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $227,500 - a 10.8% decrease over the $255,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Flint in the second half of 2018.
