Worthington home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Worthington fell by $8,950 while total sales increased by 22.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 92 homes sold, with a median sale price of $314,950 - a 2.8% decrease over the $323,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 75 homes sold in Worthington in the first half of 2018.
