Upper Arlington home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Upper Arlington fell by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 6.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 232 homes sold, with a median sale price of $414,000 - a 1.2% decrease over the $419,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 249 homes sold in Upper Arlington in the second half of 2018.
