Flint home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Flint rose by $202,080 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $433,580 - a 87.3% increase over the $231,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Flint in the first half of 2018, as well.
