Worthington home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Worthington rose by $32,250 while total sales decreased by 48.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $301,250 - a 12% increase over the $269,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Worthington in the first quarter of 2016.
