Westerville home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Westerville rose by $16,000 while total sales decreased by 45.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 8.7% increase over the $184,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in Westerville in the first quarter of 2016.
